FAQ'S

You will cover about 1200 meters of altitude during the long descent through untouched terrain. Heliskiing is only carried out on weekdays. Our tip: It is best to book between 7 and 1 day before departure.

The ski pass is not included in the ski lessons. Ski passes are available at the valley stations of the cable cars.

Please consult your insurance advisor about this. If in doubt, we recommend taking out insurance that covers this risk.

For full day reservations, the ski/snowboard instructor or guide will suggest a break. Depending on where you are, on the mountain or in one of the villages on your route. The instructor or guide can also make reservations for you.

Off-piste skis are wider than piste skis. We recommend about 90 mm (under the binding). This gives you more lift in loose airy snow.

Yes, you are welcome to mix. Please note, depending on the terrain, snowboarders are at a bit of a “disadvantage”. Especially for longer cross-country skiing. However, if the difference in technical ability is too great, we recommend separate guides for skiers and snowboarders.

Heliskiing is authorized at 2 landing sites: Schneetäli and Mehlsack.

The descents from Schneetäli and Mehlsack both end in Zug (part of Lech). There you can get back into the Ski Arlberg lift system with the Zuger Bergbahn.

The helicopter has room for 4 people: 3 ski guests, 1 guide. Ideally a group consists of 3 ski or snowboard guests and 1 guide or 7 ski or snowboard guests and 1 guide. Max. Group size: 7 persons.

Heliskiing is allowed only on weekdays, not on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Flights are operated and charged by Wucherer Helikopter.

Take-off for heliskiing is at the Flexenpass near Zürs or at the Kriegerhornbahn in Lech.

Heliskiing depends on the current snow and weather conditions.

Safety equipment is mandatory. Backpack with shovel, probe and avalanche transceiver. This equipment is included in the booking price.
