The St. Anton Classic KG operates the St. Anton Classic ski school in accordance with the
current regulations of the local authorities and Tyrolean Ski School Act (Ski School
Association Tyrol, BH Landeck GZ 3-17515/4), and also operates its agency for ski
guides/instructors and mountain guides.
The client expressly acknowledges that St. Anton Classic KG reserves the right to contract
independent mountain and ski guides for ski school and ski guiding offers booked via the
website, by e-mail or by telephone, depending on the booking situation and requirements.
The starting time and meeting point will be arranged by the St. Anton Classic KG office. In
these circumstances, the responsibility for the content of the ski lesson and associated
supervision, pricing and invoicing will be taken care of directly by or with the ski instructor,
ski guide or mountain guide. The appointed contractors, ski instructors and ski schools are
referred to here as partners. The offers of St. Anton Classic KG are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
• up to 7 days before the beginning of the booked service: free of charge
• 7 days to 24 hours before the beginning of the booked service: 50%
• 24 hours or less, during an ongoing service or in case of non-appearance: 100% (this
also applies if the booked service is not used or partially cancelled).
In case of cancellation during a running service or in case of non-appearance on the agreed
date, the full amount will be charged. If the weather conditions prevent a service from being
fulfilled, St. Anton Classic KG reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service. Only in the
event of cancellation is St. Anton Classic KG obliged to waive the fee or refund the pro-rata
fee, and the contractual partner is not entitled to any further claims. If the contractual
partner is physically unable to attend, he must present a medical certificate stating the
reason for the incapacity, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid during the winter season only, starting
December 1 to Aril 30 th of the following year.
Travel Insurance

Things do not always turn out as expected, sometimes a booked holiday must be cancelled
or postponed. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10. FAGG, instead
our general terms and conditions apply.
We would recommend protecting yourself against any unnecessary expenses and associated
displeasure. Therefore, we recommend travel insurance as a precaution against cancellation,
as well as accident and rescue (including helicopter) costs.
